Jeremy Howard serves as President of the San Antonio WSI office and is responsible for strategic direction of the practice as well as insuring the highest possible standards of client service and digital marketing program efficacy.
Prior to joining WSI, Jeremy spent 22+ years in the IT industry in roles with Fortune 200 and 500 level companies. He was an IT Director at USAA, a top financial services company focused on serving the financial needs of military service members, veterans and their families. Additionally, Jeremy was a consultant with Computer Sciences Corporation during which time he was on a team that serviced the USAF through development and maintenance of their budgeting and accounting system.
Jeremy is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and comes from a line of military veterans. He has a BA in Business Administration with a focus in Information Technology. Jeremy enjoys spending time with family, exercise, and anything outdoors.

She has a proven track record in building engaged and informed high growth teams who produce high quality results.

Chief Operating Officer, Valerie is responsible for providing support and education to the WSI global franchise system. She is also charged with managing the innovation of the WSI business model as a whole. Overall, Valerie works to ensure WSI Consultants are provided with the tools, systems and support they need to remain top amongst their competitors.
Valerie first joined WSI in 1999 and has served in a number of roles. Prior to this, she ran her own business and worked overseas in a number of countries. Valerie holds a Masters degree from the University of Toronto.

Chief Operating Officer, Valerie is responsible for providing support and education to the WSI global franchise system. She is also charged with managing the innovation of the WSI business model as a whole. Overall, Valerie works to ensure WSI Consultants are provided with the tools, systems and support they need to remain top amongst their competitors.

Shaunak began serving as WSI’s Vice President of Information Technology in April, 2011. Previous to this, he was the Director of Information Technology having joined the company in June of 2009.
Shaunak has over 16 years of experience in the areas of telecommunications, information technology, cloud computing, enterprise applications and education. Shaunak specializes in the areas of strategic initiatives, automation and optimization of IT environments both from an infrastructure and enterprise applications perspective.

Michael Monaghan has had a long tenure within WSI holding several positions in the organization.
